"The blinds looked decent when I..."
The blinds looked decent when I first put them up, but once I actually felt the fabric, I was like… how is this okay for the price? It’s really thin and cheap-feeling, and the edges started looking rough way sooner than they should have. disappointed.

"Ordering was more frustrating than I expected"
Umm, the ordering process was more annoying than it really needed to be. The site had the basic info, but moving through all the options felt clunky and took longer than I expected.

Some parts weren’t super clear, especially when I was picking sizes and extras. I had to go back a couple of times just to make sure I hadn’t selected the wrong thing.

I did get the order placed in the end, so it worked, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I think it could be a lot simpler for regular people who don’t order this kind of thing all the time

"Colour wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered the white because I really wanted a clean, bright look, but what arrived was more of a strange cream colour. I kept checking it against the sample because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, but it definitely didn’t match. Disappointed, to be honest...

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered some blinds and thought it would be simple. It wasn’t. The delivery took ages. I didn’t get clear updates either, so I kept having to check what was going on.
By the time they finally arrived, I was already fed up. The blinds might be fine. But the long wait really put me off ordering again.

"Warranty support left me disappointed"
I had a problem with my blinds not long after I bought them, so I figured the warranty would make it a fairly simple fix. Unfortunately, it turned into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations that just puts you in a bad mood.
Support was really slow to respond, and I felt like I was constantly having to chase them for updates. Instead of feeling like they wanted to help, it came across like they were looking for a reason to avoid dealing with the issue.
By the end of it, I was fed up. After spending that much, I expected the company to stand behind their product a bit better. I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Something felt off with the sales advice"

"Didn’t last long and became a hassle"
I was disappointed with these blinds. They looked decent when I first put them up, but after just a few months the slats started bending and the cord started feeling cheap and rough. One of them doesn’t even hang straight anymore, so now I’m stuck messing with it and probably having to replace it, which is extra work I really didn’t want. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot longer. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"A bit more of a hassle than I expected"
I bought some blinds from venetablinds.com.au and, putting them up was more frustrating than I thought it would be. The instructions weren’t super clear, and the brackets just didn’t seem to line up easily, which had me going back and forth way too many times. Maybe I was overthinking it a bit, but it ended up taking much longer than it should have. If you’re not that handy with tools, this probably isn’t going to be a quick Saturday job

"Not as many custom options as I thought"
I was hoping there would be more choices for custom sizes and finishes, but it feel limited. A few options I wanted wasn’t available, and it got annoying trying to make everything work. I ended up checking somewhere else for blinds that was more flexible

"Blinds Didn’t Fit, and the Timing Was Awful"
I measured twice to be safe, but the blinds still didn’t fit right when they arrived. Super frustrating, especially because I needed them up before guests came over, so the timing really couldn’t have been worse

I just tried to order blinds from the website it left a bad impression. Maybe it’s just because I dealt with it today, but the whole thing felt clunky on my phone. Pages were loading slowly, the options weren’t very clear, and after messing with it for a while I just gave up. It might be fine on a computer, but my most recent experience was more annoying than helpful...

"Didn’t fit right for me"
I was kinda dissapointed with this. The fit was just off and it didn’t sit right at all. The finish also looked a bit rough, like it wasn’t done very carefully

"Late delivery and not much communication"
My delivery ended up arriving later than expected, and the most frustrating part was that there were barely any updates along the way. I kept checking to see if there was any new information, but there really wasn’t much to go on, so I was just left waiting and wondering what was happening. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience for me

"Bad first impression and not much help after"
My first impression wasn’t great, and it only got worse from there. I had a problem with my blinds and thought it would be a simple thing to get sorted, but dealing with them was such a hassle. Replies took ages, and when they did get back to me, it felt like I was just being passed around with no real solution. Weeks later, it’s still not properly fixed. Frustrating, especially since it felt like they stopped caring as soon as they had my money.

"Pretty lousy experience"
I wasn’t happy with my order at all. The whole thing was slow, confusing, and kind of a mess. I expected way better service, but it just felt like nobody had their crap together. Total headache, and I probably wouldn’t bother ordering from them again

"Works When It Wants To"
The whole experience was frustrating. Updates came in late, and I barely heard anything unless I went looking for answers myself. It felt like the communication only worked when it wanted to, which made everything more stressful than it needed to be.
